3 balls slow prove sourdough pizza dough
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese
Mozarella cheese
San Marzano tomato and basil sauce
Semolina and flour mix for stretching

Stretch out the dough and using just a conventional frying pan and a grill you can make restaurant quality pizzas at home. The kit comes with everything you need to make two marghertia pizzas but you can add your own toppings too.
